I came here after having gone years without seeing a dentist and they took time to do a careful analysis of how to place me on a treatment plan to having a healthy mouth again, without suggesting removal of all my teeth that were compromised or beginning to fail. Dr. Nse Ekpenyong Cares About Your Smile
Dr. Nse Ekpenyong earned his Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Houston in 1997. He then pursued his passion for dentistry, graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2008.
Dr. Ekpenyong further honed his skills through a one-year general practice residency at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. While there, he gained experience treating medically compromised patients and developed expertise in general medicine, oral maxillofacial surgery, emergency care, and anesthesiology.
Dr. Ekpenyong is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. He is also licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. Committed to delivering personalized care, Dr. Ekpenyong stays up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and materials to provide his patients with the highest quality care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ekpenyong is a devoted fan of Chicago and Houston sports teams. He enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with his family, including his wife, Tammy, and their child, born in September 2016.
